plog 中文問題

搞了好久，plog的中文問題終於解決。
檢查步驟如下：
- php.ini 裡面的 default_charset 關掉
- apache http.conf 裡面的 AddDefaultCharset off 或是都不要設定。
- 在執行 rss 時，如果有 Exception message: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by …. 的錯誤訊息，記得檢查 locale_zh_TW.php 裡面的第一行有沒有出現一些奇怪的符號，有些editor會在UTF檔案加一些檔頭資訊。
